Nicki:
Nicki lives with her family in Graz and is the owner of the beautiful YOGALIFE studio. She began her training journey with Young-Ho Kim in 2007 and has been a passionate yoga teacher ever since. She is a certified Inside Yoga E-RYT 500, an Inside Flow Senior Teacher, as well as a prenatal yoga teacher and mental coach for pregnant women, trained in Positive Birth.

She loves teaching and leads various training and continuing education programs for yoga teachers and those aspiring to become one, in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. Her classes are diverse, with a solid foundation in Inside Yoga, lots of music, and sometimes even singing – she often brings out her ukulele.

For Nicki, it has always been important that yoga goes beyond the mat, that it is not just seen as asana practice but as a mindful approach to oneself and all beings in the world. The themes Nicki weaves into her classes reflect this attitude and invite students to go deeper in their yoga practice, creating a transformative experience in their lives.

Ami:
Ami first came to the mat in 2006 during her first year at university in England, and yoga has been a big part of her life ever since. After moving to Frankfurt, she visited her first Inside Yoga class and had an entirely new experience on the mat. Ami then decided to complete her teacher training at Inside Yoga in 2015. She has since completed advanced training in Inside Flow, Yin Yoga, Personal Training, Yoga & Psychology, and Chromatic Yoga.

Ami is now an E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher and Inside Flow Pro Teacher, teaches weekly classes in Frankfurt and for her blooming online community across the world, gives workshops and teacher training in Europe and Asia, and is a proud member of the teacher team at TINT Yoga. Dance and music have always played a huge role in Ami’s life.

Today her passion for dance and music shape her teaching style, as she seeks to create a space for her students to dive deep within and cultivate a conscious connection to themselves. Her classes combine fluid movement and breath into creative flowing sequences, which she imparts with lightness and a smile on her face.
