Andrea is an energetic Vinyasa Flow teacher and Nutritionist spreading joy through yoga and healthy food. Teaching from her heart, she believes in supporting and guiding her students to unveil their fullest potential. Based in vibrant Vienna, Andrea has travelled the world to learn from different teaching techniques in Costa Rica, New Orleans, San Francisco, Bali and London.

At the moment Andrea teaches with a special interest in Chakra Vinyasa Flow and is absolutely committed to a balance of active asanas, breath work, restorative practices and meditation.

YOGA & MEDITATION


Each morning we will practice creative Vinyasa Flow sequences inspired by the chakras. Every day will be structured with a focus on each of the 7 chakras, with a special focus on the two most creative chakras Vishuddha (Throat Chakra) and Svadhisthana (Sacral Chakra). In our chakra Meditation sessions we will bring our attention to the present moment using breathing practices, mental imagery, muscle and body relaxation. 

Complementary Journaling helps us to focus on the positive and important things in life through targeted notebook entries. Postures will be held for a longer time, while the muscles can relax. Yin Yoga has a positive effect on your circulation, organs, immune system, muscles and joints. It stimulates the connective tissue in the body and improves joint mobility. Yin Yoga can also help you to reduce stress and anxiety.
 

Creating with clay


Together we will dive into the sensual material of clay to form a new perspective. We will use the creative process to let our inner unconscious self come to the surface. Antonia will guide you into a flow like state to still the fluctuations of your mind and find meditation in your hands

Getting your hands dirty like you did as a kid. There is nothing to aim for. In our cozy workshop setting you will have loads of time to feel, develop and expand your ceramics horizon. We will look into different hand building techniques and tools. Rather than coming with high expectations we invite you to bring curiosity and play. 

The contact with clay is a direct connection to nature, it provides a grounding approach to ourselves and our surroundings. There is time and space to find your meditative flow in creating a piece of art. Invite curiosity and play to lead your way.


 

Reiseverlauf

Arrival & Introduction

You will arrive at the beautiful ancient stone farmhouse In Sabina in the afternoon, enjoy a dip in the pool or relax in a hammock and settle into your rooms. Before dinner we will head over to the yoga room to get ready for our intro talk.
Enjoy the end of the evening over a delicious three-course welcome dinner. 

Nature + Clay

During the second day, you will enjoy a pre-breakfast yoga session. Breakfast will be followed by some free time for explore the area, so you can recharge. We'll meet back at the yoga room for our afternoon restorative yoga & meditation session infused by a vibrant Ecstatic Dance session and a lovely dinner at the house. 

Connect with yourself

You will enjoy a creative Chakra Morning Yoga session followed by breakfast some free time to just take care of yourself. Lunch will be served around 1 pm. And then soon another creative Clay Workshop will await. At 5 pm we meet back for our meditation and yin practice at the outside terrace. Enjoy the rest of the evening over a delicious dinner.

RELAX MORE

During the fourth day, you will enjoy an energizing pre-breakfast yoga session. Before we start with our yin class in the late afternoon you will have plenty of time to relax back at the house, go for a hike or explore. Enjoy and relax the rest of the evening over your homemade delicious dinner made from scratch. 

FIND INNER PEACE

You will enjoy an energizing morning yoga class followed by a nutritious breakfast. Today you'll have plenty of time to relax and possibly go for a swim in the afternoon. Before dinner we will head over to the yoga room to get ready for a combined activating yoga sessions followed by restorative yoga and meditation.

EXPLORE MORE

The sixth day, will surprise you with a more relaxed and meditative pre-breakfast yoga session. Before we start with our yin & meditation class in the late afternoon you will have plenty of time to relax back at the house or explore the area. After your Chakra Yoga Yin & Meditation you have time to enjoy and relax the rest of the evening over your delicious homemade dinner.

In Sabina welcomes you in a lush and magical space in Rome’s countryside. Two cozy well designed farmhouses invite you to stay and let go. The surroundings offer history, artisan crafts and food delights. Giulia welcomes you in this creative place she built to share. We will practice yoga on the breathtaking outdoor platform designed by Marco Antonini, overlooking the hillsides.

  • Shared room for 3 people with single beds and a bathroom (shower separate from WC & sink) that is shared between the three of you.

We will provide yoga mats for you! You don’t have to bring your own.

A basic level of physical and mental fitness is required. 
However, all exercise sessions are also suitable for yoga beginners. 
The current COVID-19 regulations apply.

Airport closest to In Sabina: Rome Leonardo Da Vinci Fiumicino (FCO)
Train ride from FCO to Stimigliano (takes about 1,45 hours and costs around 11 € per train ride, we will connect people and arrange a pick-up from the train station)
