Andrea is the founder of Insync Club, a 500-hour-certified yoga teacher, mental health coach, and nutritionist. Known for her creative, transformative, and holistic approach, she blends Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, and Yin to create deeply immersive classes. Passionate about guiding others toward greater well-being, she seamlessly integrates movement, mindfulness, and nutrition to support a balanced and fulfilling life. Andrea has traveled the world, learning from diverse teaching traditions in Costa Rica, New Orleans, San Francisco, Bali, and London.

URBAN OASIS YOGA PROGRAM

Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini & Yin Yoga:

Experience the profound connection between mind and body through mindfulness and movement. Each morning begins with Vinyasa, flowing with strength and presence, while integrating the breathwork and energy practices of Kundalini to awaken inner vitality. In the afternoons, sink into the stillness of Yin Yoga, embracing your body with love and allowing space for deep restoration. This retreat is an invitation to move, breathe, and reconnect - with yourself and the world around you.

Mindfulness Meditation & Journaling:

Experience the transformative power of mindfulness meditation as we delve into the present moment through breathing techniques and mental imagery. Complementing this practice, journaling offers a pathway to focus on life's positive and essential aspects through targeted notes in your notebook.

Welcome to Marrakech's medieval medina, the city's beating heart. RIAD BE is situated in the midst of this vibrant surroundings. Here, they are building a genuine and one-of-a-kind environment rich in local history, tradition, art, and cuisine.

& DESERT DAY TRIP HIDEAWAY BE AGAFAY

The hideaway is a magical hidden oasis located in the middle of the Agafay stone desert, 45 min away from Marrakech. It features ten 50m2 yurt tents, a restaurant and bar for starlit meals, a pool and jacuzzi with desert views, and a sunset hill and yoga shala.

Rooms

Food and Amenities

Riad BE & Be Agafay both serve healthy and delicious cuisine which has a unique formula of spices, tastes, and flavors. Their meals are cooked and prepared with a passionate touch and a lot of details to the ingredients.
The kitchen can accommodate to various dietary requirements upon request (gluten free).

Typical breakfast would look like this:

  • A plate of cut up fresh seasonal fruits
  • A variety of Moroccan vegan bread served with traditional Amlou (Moroccan almond/peanut butter), honey from the Atlas Mountains or syrup and seasonal jam
  • Avocado toast OR hummus toast OR eggplant with tomatoes onions and garlic
  • Chia pudding OR oatmeal sweetened with brown sugar
  • Granola made with honey or other sweeteners and nuts served with non dairy milk
  • An orange juice, coffee, and/ or mint tea.
     

Yoga Mats: We will provide yoga mats for you! You don’t have to bring your own.

Health Information

A basic level of physical and mental fitness is required. 
However, all exercise sessions are also suitable for yoga beginners. 
The current COVID-19 regulations apply. 
Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances when making the reservation.

Trip Conditions and Information

Not Included:

  • Travel insurance (highly recommended - either through your credit card or only book it for the time you’re traveling)
  • Flights to and from Marrakech
  • Drive to the desert Camp Be Agafay and back to the city or airport - Usually around 10 € per person per ride for a big bus - if you prefer a private taxi it is around 60 € per taxi
  • Drive to the resort Riad Be in Marrakech from the airport - pickups from the airport can be  provided if needed: 
    Marrakech airport pickup or drop-off, up to 7 people: 20 € Starting from 8 people: 40 € 
    Casablanca airport pickup or drop-off, up to 7 people: 150 €

    Please note: We'll organize transportation from the airport to the resort Riad Be in Marrakech as needed. Additionally, we coordinate arrivals to facilitate shared taxi rides for those arriving simultaneously.
